Hamburg

Hamburg is considered a great city as it offers a combination of maritime flair, green spaces, and cultural offerings. Popular attractions include the harbour, the Speicherstadt, and the Elbphilharmonie. The city is also known for its many bridges and waterways, parks like Planten un Blomen, as well as its vibrant nightlife, particularly on the Reeperbahn.
It is no wonder that the residents of Hamburg are regarded as the happiest in Germany.

The Gateway to the World

As a gateway to the world, Hamburg is open to all. Livable neighbourhoods and many attractions line the banks of the Elbe and Alster, where water and urban life meet.

Hamburg is a vibrant metropolis with a huge cultural and leisure offering, but it also entices with plenty of greenery and, above all, a lot of water: The dense network of waterways and bodies of water shapes the cityscape and occupies eight percent of the area. The city has around 2,500 bridges - more than Venice.
