Our customer center in Niebüll

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Due to current Corona regulations, our Customer Center will be closed as of January 25, 2021. We can still be reached by e-mail at kundencenter-westerland@autozug-sylt.de and by phone at 04661-736 8721.

Passengers as well as other interested parties can visit the ALPEN SYLT Nachtexpress customer team in person. at Hauptstrasse 62 (1. floor) in Niebüll, the team provides information in person about the new ALPEN SYLT Nachtexpress passenger train (www.nachtexpress.de) and the blue AUTOZUG Sylt (www.autozug-sylt.de). Here one finds support with ticket purchase and reservation desires, information to advertising possibilities receive or timetables and info. flyer take along. There are also contact persons for ticket refunds or other suggestions regarding the train offers.

Open Monday through Friday during office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; free short-term customer parking is available. Address: Hauptstraße 62, 25899 Niebüll, 1st floor. Phone: 04661-736 8721.

Opening hours: Mon-Fri* from 8.30-12.30h and 13.00-16.00h.
